   § 34-28-35  Form of real estatedescription. – Whenever any description of real estate is required under the provisions ofthis chapter, it shall be deemed sufficient to describe the real estate bymetes and bounds description and street address, or by recitation of the taxingauthority's assessor's plat and lot designation and street address, or byrecitation of the book and page of mortgage and street address.
