§ 34-30.1-4 - Sale in violation of federal patent or copyright law.
SECTION 34-30.1-4
§ 34-30.1-4 Sale in violation of federalpatent or copyright law. – (1) If any sale is made under this chapter in violation of any right of acustomer under federal patent or copyright law said sale shall be void andunenforceable and all proceeds shall be returned to the customer.
(2) A lien under this chapter does not take priority over andshall be subject to an existing perfected security interest.
