§ 34-35-2 - Citation to owner.
SECTION 34-35-2
§ 34-35-2 Citation to owner. – Upon filing the complaint, the clerk of the court shall issue a citation to theowner of the property to appear before the court at a time and placedesignated, to show cause why such lien should not be allowed and enforced bythe court for the amount claimed.
