SECTION 34-36.1-1.12
§ 34-36.1-1.12 Remedies to be liberallyadministered. – (a) The remedies provided by this chapter shall be liberally administered tothe end that the aggrieved party is put in as good position as if the otherparty had fully performed. However, consequential, special, or punitive damagesmay not be awarded except as specifically provided in this chapter or by otherrule of law.
(b) Any right or obligation declared by this chapter isenforceable by judicial proceeding.
