SECTION 34-36.1-3.14

   § 34-36.1-3.14  Surplus funds. – Unless otherwise provided in the declaration, any surplus funds of theassociation remaining after payment of or provision for common expenses and anyprepayment of reserves must be paid to the unit owners in proportion to theircommon expense liability or credited to them to reduce their future commonexpense assessments.
