SECTION 34-36.1-4.17

   § 34-36.1-4.17  Effect of violations onrights of action – Attorney's fees. – If a declarant or any other person subject to this chapter fails to comply withany provision hereof or any provision of the declaration or bylaws, any personor class of persons adversely affected by the failure to comply has a claim forappropriate relief. Punitive damages may be awarded in the case of a willfulfailure to comply with this chapter. The court, in an appropriate case, mayaward reasonable attorney's fees.
