SECTION 34-36-14

   § 34-36-14  Descriptions of unit. –Every deed, lease, mortgage, or other instrument may legally describe a unit byits identifying number or symbol as designated in the declaration or as shownon the record of survey map, and every description shall be deemed good andsufficient for all purposes, and shall be deemed to convey, transfer, encumber,or otherwise affect the unit owner's corresponding percentage of ownership inthe common areas and facilities even though the description is not expresslymentioned or described.
