   § 34-36-24  Common profits and expenses– Distribution and charging. – Unless otherwise provided in the declaration or lawful amendments thereto, thecommon profits of the property shall be distributed among, and the commonexpenses shall be charged to, the unit owners according to the percentage oftheir undivided interest in the common areas and facilities.
