SECTION 34-36-28
§ 34-36-28 Perpetuities and restraints onalienation. – The rule of property known as the rule against perpetuities and the rule ofproperty known as the rule restricting unreasonable restraints on alienationshall not be applied to defeat any of the provisions of this chapter, or of anydeclaration, bylaws or other document executed in accordance with this chapter.
