SECTION 34-36-32

   § 34-36-32  Sale or disposition ofentirety. – Unless otherwise provided in the declaration or bylaws, and notwithstanding theprovisions of §§ 34-36-30 and 34-36-31, the unit owners may, by anaffirmative vote of at least three-fourths ( 3/4) of the unit owners, at ameeting of unit owners duly called for that purpose, elect to sell or otherwisedispose of the property. The action shall be binding upon all unit owners andit shall become the duty of every unit owner to execute and deliver theinstruments and to perform all acts as in manner and form may be necessary toeffect the sale.
