SECTION 34-36-33

   § 34-36-33  Actions relating to commonareas. – Without limiting the rights of any unit owner, actions may be brought by themanager or management committee, in either case in the discretion of themanagement committee, on behalf of two (2) or more of the unit owners, as theirrespective interest may appear, with respect to any cause of action relating tothe common areas and facilities or more than one unit. Service of process ontwo (2) or more unit owners in any action relating to the common areas andfacilities or more than one unit may be made on the person designated in thedeclaration to receive service of process.
