§ 34-36-35 Chapter supplemental. –The provisions of this chapter shall be in addition and supplemental to allother provisions of law, statutory or judicially declared, provided thatwherever the application of the provisions of this chapter conflicts with theapplication of the other provisions, this chapter shall prevail.
