§ 34-36-4 - Units deemed separable.

SECTION 34-36-4

   § 34-36-4  Units deemed separable. –Each unit, together with its undivided interest in the common areas andfacilities, shall, for all purposes, constitute real property and may beindividually conveyed, leased, and encumbered and may be inherited or devisedby will and be subject to all types of juridic acts inter vivos or mortis causaas if it were sole and entirely independent of all other units, and theseparate units shall have the same incidents as real property, and thecorresponding individual titles and interests therein shall be recordable.
