§ 34-37-10 - Severability.
SECTION 34-37-10
§ 34-37-10 Severability. – If any clause, sentence, paragraph, or part of this chapter or the applicationthereof to any person or circumstance shall, for any reason, be adjudged by acourt of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, that judgment shall not affect,impair, or invalidate the remainder of this chapter or its application to otherpersons or circumstances.
