§ 34-37-5.1 - Interference, coercion, or intimidation.

SECTION 34-37-5.1

   § 34-37-5.1  Interference, coercion, orintimidation. – It shall be unlawful to coerce, intimidate, threaten, or interfere with anyperson in the exercise or enjoyment of, or on account of his or her havingexercised or enjoyed, or on account of his or her having aided or encouragedany other person in the exercise or enjoyment of, any right granted orprotected by this chapter. No owner under this chapter or any agent of theseshall discriminate in any manner against any individual because he or she hasopposed any practice forbidden by this chapter, or because he or she has made acharge, testified, or assisted in any manner in any investigation, proceeding,or hearing under this chapter.
