SECTION 34-37-5.2

   § 34-37-5.2  Discrimination in brokerageservices. – It shall be unlawful to deny any person who meets licensing and othernon-discriminatory requirements which are also applied to other applicants andmembers access to or membership or participation in any real estate listingservice, real estate brokers' organization, or other service, organization, orfacility relating to the business of selling, leasing, or renting a housingaccommodation, or to discriminate against him or her in the terms or conditionsof the access, membership, or participation, on account of race, color,religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, maritalstatus, country of ancestral origin, disability, age, or familial status.
