SECTION 34-37-8

   § 34-37-8  Appropriation. – The general assembly shall annually appropriate such sums as is deemednecessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter; and the state controlleris hereby authorized and directed to draw his or her orders upon the generaltreasurer for the payment of such sum or so much thereof as may be requiredfrom time to time upon the receipt by him or her of properly authenticatedvouchers.
