SECTION 34-38-10

   § 34-38-10  Violations. – Any broker or real estate salesperson, seller, or developer violating anyprovision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon convictionthereof be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100) or imprisoned for notmore than six (6) months, or both, and shall in addition to any other penaltyimposed by law, have his or her real estate broker's or real estatesalesperson's license suspended or revoked by the department for such time asin the circumstances it considers justified.
