SECTION 34-4-11

   § 34-4-11  Conveyance of contingent,executory, and future interests. – A contingent, an executory and a future interest, and a possibility coupledwith an interest, in any tenements or hereditaments of any tenure, and a rightof entry whether immediate or future and whether vested or contingent, into orupon any tenements or hereditaments of any tenure, may be disposed of by legalconveyance or will, but no such disposition shall, by force only of thissection, defeat or enlarge an estate tail.
