SECTION 34-4-15

   § 34-4-15  Conveyance of fee simple bytenant in tail. – A person actually seised of lands as a tenant in tail may convey the lands infee simple by a deed in common form, in like manner as if he or she were seisedof the lands in fee simple; provided, that in the deed the intention beexpressed of barring the entail and reference be made to the specific land bymetes and bounds, or by other definite description. This conveyance shall barthe estate tail and all remainders and reversions expectant thereon. An estatetail may also be barred as provided in § 34-4-14.
