SECTION 34-42-5
§ 34-42-5 Construction of chapter. –Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to impair or affect the right of theparties to create additional rights, duties, and obligations in and by virtueof the rental agreement. The rights provided by this chapter shall be inaddition to all other rights allowed by law to a creditor against a debtor.
