SECTION 34-42-6

   § 34-42-6  Savings clause. – All rental agreements entered into before June 28, 1985, and not extended orrenewed after that date, and the rights, duties, and interests flowing fromthem shall remain valid and may be enforced or terminated in accordance withtheir terms or as permitted by any other provisions of the general or publiclaws.
