§ 34-44-10 Legality of prior and inferiormortgage liens. – The creation of any mortgage lien under this chapter prior to or superior toany mortgage of record at the time the mortgage lien was created shall notdisqualify a prior recorded mortgage as a legal investment under chapter 9 oftitle 19.
