§ 34-46-7 Rental agreements – Noticeof this chapter. – All rental agreements which are subject to this chapter shall contain clear andconspicuous language as follows: "BEWARE – THE VESSEL AND ITS CONTENTS MAYBE SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION FOR FAILURE TO PAY STORAGE CHARGES."
