SECTION 34-5-10

   § 34-5-10  Spendthrift provisions. –The right to disclaim pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall existirrespective of any limitation in the nature of an express or impliedspendthrift provision, other similar restraint on alienation, or forfeitureprovision imposed by any instrument, statute, rule of law or otherwise on theinterest in property being disclaimed.
