§ 35-10.1-5 - Valuation of collateral.
SECTION 35-10.1-5
§ 35-10.1-5 Valuation of collateral.– The valuation of collateral shall be established initially at the time thecollateral is pledged and shall be adjusted thereafter as of the last day ofeach month. For the purpose of this chapter, the value of collateral shall beits market value.
