SECTION 35-10-8

   § 35-10-8  Rules and regulations. –The commission is authorized and empowered to adopt and prescribe rules ofprocedure and regulations, and from time to time amend, change, and eliminatesuch rules and regulations as it may deem necessary to the properadministration of this chapter and the performance of its duties, by filingwritten notice thereof in the office of the secretary of state; and may in anyparticular case prescribe a variation in the procedure or regulation when itshall deem it necessary, in view of the exigencies of the case and theimportance of speedy action, in order to carry out the intent and purpose ofthis chapter, by filing written notice thereof in the office of the secretaryof state. All these filings shall be available for public inspection.
