SECTION 35-12-15
§ 35-12-15 Sale of accounts. – Notwithstanding the provisions of any other statute to the contrary, thepresident of the university is authorized and empowered to sell accounts to thecorporation for such consideration and upon such terms and conditions as thepresident shall approve.
