SECTION 35-13-11

   § 35-13-11  Public records –Locations. – (a) Records, with regard to the ownership of or security interests inregistered public obligations, are not subject to inspection or copying underany law of this state relating to the right of the public to inspect or copypublic records, notwithstanding any law to the contrary.

   (b) Registration records of the issuer may be maintained atsuch locations within or without this state as the issuer shall determine.
