SECTION 35-13-5

   § 35-13-5  Execution of certificatedregistered public obligation. – (a) A certificated registered public obligation shall be executed by theissuer, by the manual or facsimile signature or signatures of authorizedofficers. Any signature of an authorized officer may be attested by the manualor facsimile signature of another authorized officer.

   (b) In addition to the signatures referred to in subsection(a), any certificated registered public obligation or any writing relating toan uncertificated registered public obligation may include a certificate orcertificates signed by the manual or facsimile signature of an authenticatingagent, registrar, transfer agent, or the like.

   (c) At least one signature of an authorized officer or otherperson required or permitted to be placed on a certificated registered publicobligation shall be a manual signature.
