SECTION 35-13-7
§ 35-13-7 Seal. – When a seal is required or permitted in the execution of any certificatedregistered public obligation, an authorized officer may cause the seal to beprinted, engraved, stamped, or otherwise placed in facsimile on the obligation.The facsimile seal has the same legal effect as the impression of the seal.
