SECTION 35-15-6

   § 35-15-6  Authorization of additionalterms. – Notwithstanding any contrary provision of any general obligation bond act, thegeneral treasurer, with the approval of the governor, is authorized andempowered to issue bonds in serial or term form in the name of and on behalf ofthe state, in amounts that will raise usable bond proceeds in an amount equalto the total amount for the projects authorized by the general obligation bondacts as has been approved by vote of the people.
