SECTION 35-16-3

   § 35-16-3  Additional meetings. – (a) Any time during a fiscal year that any principal feels that therecommendations of the revenue estimating conference are no longer valid, thenthat principal, with appropriate notice, may convene a revenue estimatingconference. The principal requesting the additional conference shall be thechairperson for that conference.

   (b) If at any time during a fiscal year any participant feelsthat the recommendations of the revenue estimating conference are no longervalid with respect to their revenue sources then that participant has a duty toand shall notify each of the principals.
