SECTION 35-20-8

   § 35-20-8  Financial estimates for publiccorporations. – Itemized estimates of the financial needs of each public corporation shall besubmitted by each chairperson or chief executive officer of a publiccorporation to the governor through the budget officer of the department ofadministration. The budget officer shall also provide copies of the estimatesto the house fiscal advisor and the senate fiscal advisor.
