SECTION 35-3-5

   § 35-3-5  Estimates for legislature andjudiciary. – Itemized estimates of the financial needs of the legislature and of thejudiciary shall be submitted, without revision, by the budget officer to thegovernor on or before the first day of October for inclusion in the budget. TheGovernor shall submit the financial needs as requested by the legislature andjudiciary without revision for inclusion in the budget recommendation to thegeneral assembly. The budget officer shall provide copies to the House FiscalAdvisor and the Senate Fiscal Advisor.
