SECTION 35-4-10

   § 35-4-10  Veterans' disability allowancesunimpaired. – Nothing in this title or in any general or public law shall be construed toallow or permit any officer of the state to require any veteran of any war inwhich the United States was engaged to surrender to the state the whole or anypart of his or her service connected disability compensation, nor shall thiscompensation be deducted from the salary or wages of the veteran.
