SECTION 35-4-13

   § 35-4-13  Federal reduction relief fund– Appropriations for essential state services. – An amount not to exceed seven million dollars ($7,000,000) shall be used tofund state appropriations in order to maintain essential state services thatwould otherwise be diminished or eliminated by reductions in federal fundingfor these services for any federal fiscal year.
