SECTION 35-4-13.4

   § 35-4-13.4  Federal reduction relief fund– Appropriations for housing programs. – The general assembly may from time to time appropriate monies from the fund tothe office of intergovernmental relations in the executive department for thepurpose of establishing housing programs for low or moderate income persons orfamilies.
