SECTION 35-4-16

   § 35-4-16  Federal reduction relief fund– Severability. – If any provision of §§ 35-4-12 – 35-4-16, or the applicationthereof, shall for any reason be judged invalid, that judgment shall notaffect, impair, or invalidate the remainder of the law, but shall be confinedin its effect to the provision or application directly involved in thecontroversy giving rise to the judgment.
