§ 35-4-2 - Payments to general treasurer – Allocations to specific funds.

SECTION 35-4-2

   § 35-4-2  Payments to general treasurer– Allocations to specific funds. – All revenue of the state of whatever character shall be paid into the hands ofthe general treasurer and credited to the general funds of the state, except insuch cases as the general assembly may by law specifically allocate to aspecial fund; provided, that any moneys appropriated by law for theestablishment of a permanent fund for the support of the public schools, inaccordance with the provisions of R.I. Const., Art. XII, shall remain a specialfund for that purpose.
