SECTION 35-4-22

   § 35-4-22  Inclusion of restricted andspecial revenue funds in budget. – Pursuant to § 35-3-7, the budget officer shall include all restricted anddedicated revenues received or anticipated by state agencies as a part of thebudget request, showing for each budgetary category the amount of nongeneralrevenue monies requested or anticipated, and the total anticipated expenditurefrom all sources for the respective category.
