SECTION 35-4-26

   § 35-4-26  Funds received from vendingmachines, private donations, and investments. – All funds received from store or vending machine profits, private donationswhich are not directed to other accounts, and investment earnings, excludingthose earned in resident trust accounts, shall be deposited as generalrevenues. The agency shall, through the annual budget process, report to thegeneral assembly the estimated amount for the next fiscal year, together withthe intended use of the funds.
