SECTION 35-4-4.5

   § 35-4-4.5  State Linked Deposit Policy– Enforcement. – The general treasurer shall have the responsibility for monitoring andenforcing the provisions of §§ 35-4-4.1 – 35-4-4.6. Eachinstitution shall be required to file its latest public disclosure of its CRAperformance evaluation with the general treasurer by November 30 of each year.
