SECTION 35-6-6

   § 35-6-6  Returns accounting for funds.– The department of administration shall furnish the clerk of the supreme courtand the several clerks of the superior court, and of the district courts, andother officers required by this chapter to account to it, with such forms ofaccounts and returns as it shall think proper and convenient; and the clerks,justices, and other officers shall make return to the department according tolaw, agreeably on forms prescribed by it.
