SECTION 35-7-5.1

   § 35-7-5.1  Management advisory andconsulting services provided to state agencies and departments. – When requested in writing by the head of a state department or agency to thedirector of administration, the bureau of audits may provide managementadvisory or consulting services to the department or agency. Any such requestmust include the scope of services requested and a schedule for the work to beperformed.
