   § 35-8.1-8.1  Transfer of functions,powers, rights, duties, and liabilities of the public buildings authority.– Upon the passage of this article there are hereby transferred to the authorityall the functions, powers, rights, duties, liabilities, property and resourcesof the public buildings authority.
