§ 35-8.1-8.5 - Use of projects.
SECTION 35-8.1-8.5
§ 35-8.1-8.5 Use of projects. – The use of the facilities of the authority and the operation of its businessshall be subject to the rules and regulations from time to time adopted by theauthority; provided, however, that the authority shall not be authorized to doanything which will impair the security of the holders of the obligations ofthe authority or violate any agreements with them or for their benefit.
