SECTION 35-8-10.1
§ 35-8-10.1 Expenses of sinking fundcommission. – The commission may incur reasonable expenses in the fulfillment of its duties,including but not limited to bond counsel and financial advisement. Theseexpenses shall be paid out of the commission's annual appropriation.
