SECTION 35-8-5

   § 35-8-5  Officers of sinking fundcommission. – The governor shall be the chairperson, the general treasurer shall be thevice-chairperson, and the director of administration shall be the secretary ofthe sinking fund commission, and the general treasurer shall keep the accountsof the commission. In the event of the governor's absence, the generaltreasurer shall be the chairperson. A designee of any member shall not serve aschairperson. The commission shall elect from among its own members suchofficers as they deem necessary.
