§ 35-8-8 - Safekeeping of securities and records of sinking fund commission.
SECTION 35-8-8
§ 35-8-8 Safekeeping of securities andrecords of sinking fund commission. – The sinking fund commission shall make provision for the safekeeping of itssecurities, and it may hire and pay for a place of security. The records andbooks of account of the commission shall be deposited in the vault in theoffice of the general treasurer.
